Upgrade not available

My iPhone was due an upgrade however I received a better deal from another provider. I requested a code to transfer over but my new upgrade didn’t go through. My account with EE now says no longer eligible for an upgrade.

I recieved the text last week went online ordered a PS5 was charged the £10 fee but no confirmation?? When I phone EE they said they couldn't confirm as it was done online was then told if I was charged then the order would've gone through?

Resolved! Cancelling contract
