Upgrade not available

My iPhone was due an upgrade however I received a better deal from another provider. I requested a code to transfer over but my new upgrade didn’t go through. My account with EE now says no longer eligible for an upgrade.

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

If you contact customer services on 150 they will be able to cancel your PAC code you will then be eligible to upgrade again.
