Cut off can't contact ee

Have an agreement with ee collections to pay my bill in 3 days and said wouldn't be cut off but I've been cut off! Been phoning 150 but says they're closed even though I've been phoning since way before they're closing time! Emergency here!

24+ of activating sim

Yesterday I got the iPhone 13 and a new SIM card which I got told by a member of staff that it should be working within 24 hours it’s now been 30 hours I can’t use either SIM card to ring 150 or anything and I don’t know what to do.
