Hi all,
I have left the UK for good in September this year while there were still 2-3 months left in my mobile plan. I called customer service before leaving to check how will I cancel the contract and the agent told me to do it on 1st November via "webchat" to avoid early termination fee. But I can't find the webchat service anywhere!!
There is only a page showing "A 'Start conversation' button will appear in a few moments during opening hours". I'm sure I am waiting during the opening hour but there is no such button the whole time. How do I do this then?

In order to give disconnection notice on an EE pay-monthly mobile account, you will either need to call in or write to EE.
If you're calling C/S from within the EU, the call will be free - if outside, international charges will apply unless you use a web-calling app such as Skype.
