Hi, I have an account that my 20 year old son had his mobile on too (it was under my name) but he got the f&f discount applied to his number from a friend. He has now got his own ee account, we did a change of ownership, when I called ee last week I was told the discount goes with the number so it would go with him to his new account, but then tonight on doing the change of ownership, we were told it wouldn’t as it apply to the account - but it only applied to his number not the other two mobiles on my account. Could this be clarified please?

Welcome to the EE Community,
If the f&f discount gets removed when you complete the change of ownership the employee who got the discount applied originally will be able to get it reapplied for him.
