Resolved! Apple Pay not an option?

I’m trying to pay my bill as I always do via Apple Pay, but the option is missing? I don’t have access to my card at present and my bill is overdue, so would like to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Scam Guard Dark Web Monitoring

I activated this addon, not sure if this works, last time I tried when it was launched, upon activation I received SMS and sms link redirects me to enter mobile number and OTP but both links are not working and showing me same errors.
