port forwarding

hello everyone, i got a xbox series x and bought call of duty vanguard, no matter what i do i can not get the game status to open. it is on moderate at the moment. The xbox itself is saying it is in "open" status and i have gone into the router settings and port forwarded it using 3074 TCP/UDP. any ideas if its the settings of the game or router. many thanks.
