I ordered a new phone in store yesterday and was told I'd receive a text today to book my delivery in for the series s. I haven't had anything and looking at my contract and receipt there is no mention of the deal.
How can I check I'm eligible for the deal? I went for the Samsung a52s 5g on the 40gb tariff and only really went for this as I want the series s too.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Did you make a £30 upfront payment when you upgraded?

Just an update. I received the Xbox Series s yesterday, around 20 days since I ordered my new phone. Which is great.
However when I registered for the 3 months x box pass I seem to have been directed to the US site and having issues.
Is there some technical support I can get in setting up the xbox pass as my Microsoft login is UK but the offer directs me to US?

Yes, just link the Microsoft account on Christmas Day and you should be good to go, @Stulad.
I remember getting a PlayStation 2 for Christmas from Santa when I was younger. It was probably the most excited I've ever been in my life.

I'm having major issues with this deal too.
I upgraded to a Pixel 6 on the 14th of November, paid the £30 upfront. Have had two separate agents confirm I qualified for the deal after having rung 150 but was unable to confirm any details on date of delivery etc. It's now 36 days after my upgrade and I still haven't heard a word about it, no text from EE or DPD, nothing about it on EE website or App and certainly haven't received any xbox.
What can I do about this? I don't want to ring up again to be told I qualify and I just have to "wait and see what happens". I want the xbox but will I receive a refund and discounted monthly bill if I don't get what I paid for for undue inconvenience?

@Christopher_G I have received my Xbox on the 12th December but I've still not received the text with the ultimate game pass. Can you help please
