Are you doing a standard upgrade (within the last 45 days of contract) or are you doing an upgrade anytime.

I have two lines one upgrade anytime and the other sim only and they both do the same.

I'm sorry to hear that, @Leeprophet.
The the normal reason why that would be is because, when doing an 'upgrade anytime', you have to choose a plan of the same value or higher and there aren't any that fit that bill.
In your case, I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can help fix whatever isn't working there, or help you upgrade over the phone.
