Xbox Series S offer

I ordered a new phone in store yesterday and was told I'd receive a text today to book my delivery in for the series s. I haven't had anything and looking at my contract and receipt there is no mention of the deal.

How can I check I'm eligible for the deal? I went for the Samsung a52s 5g on the 40gb tariff and only really went for this as I want the series s too.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

OK thank you. Is that something you have initiated or just a matter of waiting for the text after x amount of days?

No problem @Dave238,

It's not something I can initiate myself, the team are working hard to make sure all eligible receive a text to claim their Game Pass. I'd expect you to receive your text soon.

I ordered an OPPO A54 on the 22nd November, took out the correct plan and paid the £30 upfront payment so that I was eligible for the free Xbox.

I received the phone but haven’t heard anything regarding the Xbox.

I read on here that I should have received a txt after 5 days with the T&C’s but haven’t received anything.

I phoned customer services on Monday and spoke to an agent who said they didn’t know anything about customers receiving txts. She also checked with her manager and came back saying the same thing - they weren’t aware of txts being sent and I should receive an email after the 14day cool off period.

I still haven’t received anything, and am concerned that I won’t be receiving the Xbox, which was supposed to be an Xmas present for my son.

Please could you advise, thanks

The Xbox will arrive 15-30 days after you receive your phone. DPD will be in touch when it's ready to deliver.

I received a sms stating that my Xbox Series S, is now being processed and will receive an SMS from the courier when it's on its way. Any idea the turn around from SMS to delivery please ?

Hi,

I got my handset on 25th November in store and signed up for the Xbox offer. I then got a text on the 29th saying my Xbox could take 15-25 days to be delivered after receiving my handset. I had another text on Monday 6th saying my order was being processed and I will get a text when it's on its way. I'm worried this won't arrive in time for Christmas. Are they normally delivered on time or are they any issues I should know about in terms of delivery or stock? It's my son's Christmas present so I'm just a bit worried

I am also waiting for my text to claim this offer following an upgrade on the 27th November. I've called 150 twice now with regards to it and been told on the most recent call just now that I have to wait until the 14 working day cooling off period is over to receive the text. This seems not to be the advice being offered on this forum so can someone please clarify for me!
