I ordered a new phone in store yesterday and was told I'd receive a text today to book my delivery in for the series s. I haven't had anything and looking at my contract and receipt there is no mention of the deal.
How can I check I'm eligible for the deal? I went for the Samsung a52s 5g on the 40gb tariff and only really went for this as I want the series s too.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Yes I paid £30 up front. I have my receipt for this but it does not state that it is for the Series S

Xbox Series S will be delivered to your account address within 15-30 days of your purchase. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate redemption will be sent by SMS to your device within 5 days of your Xbox Series S being dispatched.

Hi there
I also ordered the Galaxy A52s on the 40GB offer with the free Xbox S.
I made the £30 payment online direct to ee.
Not a great deal of information on the email I have just received other than the phone and delivery dates and details
Will there be a text or mail confirmation that states the xbox S will be confirmed too as part of the order, as main reason i upgraded.
