Upgrade charge taken 2 times no order confirmation

Doesn’t say I’ll be refunded or anything and still making me upgrade again? 60£ taken and yet no certainty where that money’s gone???

Upgrade without fee has been confirmed? So I presume I should be refunded right? Or will I just lose 60£?

Can I just check, did the deal you chose have no handset cost, and was it an early upgrade or standard?
