Hi, Just upgraded and need to apply my nhs perk discount. My registered password for ee perks is not working and when I try to reset it nothing is not working either. can you help please?

When you originally signed up for the Perk Portal, did you complete the verification via a link we sent by email?

I'm a little confused as you said you had a registered password, if you never registered for Perks, where did you get that password from?
