I placed an upgrade over the phone and not received a confirmation email

I have upgraded my contract 10 days ago for a iPhone 13 pro max 256gb, as well I pay £50 upfront cost, and still waiting for order confirmation. I have checked my ee account every 3 days and they are not able to give me any information. No email, no text, nothing. I have the filling that I’ve been scammed. This ee customer service and personal account has been disappointed me since I sign my first contract in 2015.
