Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Thanks for your help. I have downloaded the DPD application but no sign of the delivery yet. Seems like I will just have to wait and see what happens. As I have said before EE could do with a better system to keep customers in the loop. Thank you everyone for your help!

In this case, they have messed up with push notifications - I had no text or email but by downloading the DPD app and entering my address and contact number and straight away it was showing my order was out for delivery. Sounds like a **bleep** up between EE  / DPD but looks like many of us will still receive our phones today! Good luck everyone

Had text last week saying it would be delivered 10th but now had no delivery information so doubt it will be turning up today will be calling later to complain if there was a delay why didn't they just say

I get the exact same message. Its a terrible system that EE have in place. Majority of platforms out there allow you to track your order easily. I only have a PDF called "customer journey". I have no where to track the progress of my order or when it is likely to arrive. Poor show EE

Had no text from EE or DPD

Just went on dpd app and its getting delivered between 10:45 and 11:45

download the app everyone, best way to see where it is

Yeah, I’ve got nothing , not even a slither if information regarding when it’s coming. Just a lovely back and forth with EE, whom gave me the information of ‘ hopefully you’ll get it on release day on the 13th ‘ 😏. I bet there’s people just walking into shops right now and buying it. Very frustrating when you’ve gone through the effort of a pre order. Shame as they’ve been fantastic with actually arranging the upgrade.
