Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Orders at 8.50 pm on 11th..... Soon as phones and deals went live on EE website... Recived confirmation of upgrade straight away..... Since then putting in tracking no hints me this msg

Nothing has cheng in my EE other than fact I can't access plans and addons says

Received email last week saying cos I pre ordered I will receive on 10th.....Russia all I know ..... How can I take day of work with so little information.....

Bottom jockey and I know this because I’ve actually talked to someone at Samsung UK who have confirmed only the Z flip has the delay due to Coronavirus shutting factory in China, regarding the s20 ultra the demand has exceeded the expectations, which means their will be delays for people who ordered later than other people! Which is expected at an launch of any big device or game! 

I ordered the s20+ on the 4th March and had a text last friday saying that it would now be delivered on the 10th but the tracking has not moved from order confirmed. I DM EE on Twitter and they said it would be on a first come first served basis... not very helpful!! 

I ordered s20+ last week, recieved a text on Friday saying delivery on 10th. Just phoned EE and the guy said it will come tomorrow if I recieved that text and that DPD would contact me tomorrow with more info. Sounds promising (sorry its not for Ultra)

Atleast you got a text buddy. I've not even reviewed an email to confirm that it's been pre ordered and did that on the 28th Feb 😭

I've preordered mine back on the 20th of Feb, never received a confirmation of it, so contacted ee about 10 times about it and they confirmed I will receive it on the 10th, received a text last friday confirming it, so contacted ee asking for a tracking number and they are now saying I'm not getting it until the 13th(but then they told they have no idea when, and a text was an error), even I've paid for next day delivery and early upgrade fee+the upfront cost!!

Not sure if anyone else is having the same problem. 

I have preordered my s20+, paid the upfront and early upgrade fee and the person over the phone confirmed it has been pre-ordered and I will 100% receive it on the 10th of March. That was on the 20th of February. Between now and then I have been contacting them almost on a regular basis as I havent received a confirmation email or anything regarding this, all the advisors told me I will get it on the 10th of march 3 days before the launch. The last one confirmed it on the 5th of March. Received a text on the 6th confirming it will be delivered on the 10th. Contacted EE today and they are saying i wont receive the phone on the 10th as promised and that has never been the case, so I've send them some prof as a chat transcript+ text and they still wont honour it! Raised a complain and the only thing they can do is to offer 30 pounds off the bill and cant even give an estimate when the phone will arrive!!

I just dont get why ee are lying to most who have ordered after the 18th of Feb if the demand is to great and theres none left then so be it just tell us, saying yes your getting it on the 10th from one call next by the 13th then inbetween now it's the virus ffs

So messaged the live chat the other day and the geezer told me id get it on the 13th, my tracker never updated and stayed at 26th, so just done another live chat and the said no idea on delivery date and gave me a 10er to keep me sweet, nice to get some money reduced but i just want my bloody phone!
