Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Now no trolling as people seem to be in here, but truthfully has anyone had their DPD tracker yet?

Just phoned them and he said I should get it tomorrow but I've heard nothing so I'll believe it when I see it but dont they realise we have jobs and I can't just not go to work tomorrow because my phone might turn up 😂

I pre ordered mine on the 28th Feb, paid £100 for the early upgrade and was told my delivery date would be the 10th march, have not received a single bit of confirmation of my order whatsoever, not even an email. I've called them numerous times and they confirm its been ordered. Called them again after reading these comments and now they say they haven't even got the stock in yet. I'm so confused as to what's going on 😭

I just called, ordered mine 20th, text says 24th to 26th for delivery, the viruses is holding it up they have none lol

@Pritstick86 exactly the same as me. All I've had is an email confirming its ordered but nothing else. Order tracker still says awaiting confirmation. Rang them and they told me I should have it between tomorrow and friday but couldn't tell me when

Where do find the order because I can't see anything on my app or the website at all 😥 just called again as I'm getting annoyed. The reason I pre ordered it was because the lady said I would get it 3 days early meaning tomorrow...they are now saying that it could still come tomorrow and that if I have received a text by 6:30 Tomorrow morning to call them for an update.
