I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order
If you download the DPD app and enter your name, email and phone number and delivery postcode it will show you if you have any outstanding deliveries. I had not received any tracking info whatsoever, came across a post on another forum telling me to try downloading the app and straight away it was showing delivery due between 09:42 and 10:42 this morning! I ordered mine on the 13th February and I had showing yesterday dispatched in 24 hours, been told I'll received it on the 10,checked now its changed to awaiting confirmation, wtf? Some of us have jobs and can't miss days based on false information.
I ordered mine on the 11th and got confirmation email by 20:40pm, quite early compared to other users, however I've still not received and DPD information as well as my online tracker still displaying "awaiting confirmation". I've been informed I'll have my delivery today but the DPD app displays no consignments coming to my address.
Mines said delivery 10th and is now saying awaiting confirmation. I phoned ee and they said my phone was deffo with dpd. Still no conformation from them though
Spoke with then , live chat and Twitter says my.phone has gone but no tracking info ??? I will get it by 11am.today and if not then tomorrow , FFS EE get a grip !!!
S20 Ultra 512GB ordered 13th after initial mess up on 12th.
Text received yesterday as well stating delivery today. No DPD tracking, EE chat say the text is FAKE - then they confirmed and said sorry that info was actually fake. They say IF you received that SMS yesterday then you will get it today.
