Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

I was on the phone to them when the email came through at 8 this morning

The fact my EE app, plan hasn’t updated to new plan gives me zero hope of today, email incoming to EE as taken day off just so it could be signed for, after they text me last week saying you will definitely get it on the 10th

Have you had anything via text from DPD? I was told my order had been "picked" but the tracking still says order confirmed.

My plan hasn't updated either, but delivery is today.

Dpd has my phone at their dunstable depot ready for delivery today. Download the dpd app. It uses your phone number and email address to search for parcels coming to you. Worth a shot

I received a text on the 6the to say my phone was gonna be delivered today ... it reads 

"thanks for pre-ordering the Samsung S20 128GB 4G Cosmic Grey. Because you got in early, you'll receive your device 3 days before the official launch date. If you chose delivery to a home address, it will be delivered on 10 March and we'll require a signature. If you chose delivery to a store, it will be ready to collect from 10 March and you'll need either your passport or driving licence and credit or debit card. We hope you enjoy it."

When I called this morning for tracking it's not been sent out and no one knows when it will be sent out. Not happy. Now have no clue when its comming.

Same thing with mine but have been reassured by ee it'll arrive today but I haven't received a text from dpd. Any update on yours
