I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order
Mine did say 10th March last night, but has now changed to awaiting confirmation. Really bad service considering I received a text from ee on the 6th March that said I would get the phone on the 10th March.
Problem now is I can't get Friday of its it coming 13th...in fact I can't get anytime of film Monday for next 2 weeks...... Can someone else sign for it aslong as provide ID
Apparently Ee are going to update us all via text on Friday. Really not good enough eh? Bit late after taking time off. Ive wasted a days holiday on friday too.
Apparently when it is out for delivery theres an option to send it to a click and collect. However if i remember correctly when i had that option with my s9+ you had to wait until the next day to collect it? Can anyone confirm
Mine still says despatch within 24 hours on the order page, despite me phoning 150 to be told first of all that samsung were holding the devices due to an issue with the camera. Then they went on to say that my phone had been collected by the courier and that the issue may have only been with the 128GB version. I've ordered the 512GB variant
@Kdonna @either that or have it sent to your Local DPD collect shop which you can change when you get the text FROM DPD. It's what I'm going to have to do. Will be a very angry call at 8am to EE!!!
