I have not received any information on my phone, can you please tell me when it's gonna come?

on the 11th and online 

@the_bing I’ve spoke to a few people on Reddit and it seems people who have ordered via phone has got a working tracking which shows order confirmed atm

@sneh_patel   If you ordered at a store you’ll have nothing until the store informs you that the device is ready to be collected.    You’ll not get any updates. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Christopher_B I placed the order on the 21st August for the 256GB Phantom Black. 

Hey @Christopher_B,

I have ordered phantom black 128gb on 15th of August. 

@Daulby90 and @sneh_patel

 

Bothe of those versions are still on course to be delivered on launch day. 

 

You will both get a text an email once things start moving with shipments. It's a good idea to also download the DPD app as this will update as well.

@Daulby90 It can be either or both depending on how DPD work things in your area.
