Hi I’ve recently made an order for a Samsung s20 contract and to complete my order to get delivered I have to ring them but my phone speaker is broke. Does anyone know what I can do to get things rolling with my order without having to ring

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.

If you don't speak to EE then your order will be cancelled. They must need to verify some information you provided.
