I know what I want, but can EE convince me to still use EE broadband, when it is not good in my new area and expensive? I am moving house in 3 weeks time, but can not go with my EE broadband account , yet I want to stay with EE, what advise will you give me? However, EE is not commonly used in my new area- Rochester Kent, what do you suggest I do? I await your response or may call the customer services tomorrow for better explanation.

Have you checked the BTW DSL Checker to see what services and speeds are available?
Not sure why you say EE is not good in that area, it will be the same for any ISP using the Openreach network. Are there other providers in the area that you are aware of?
In any event, you should get an order in very soon so as not to be without service when you move.
Is it possibly @Jesu_tofunmi s making a correlation that doesn't exist between EE Broadband Services and EE 4g/5g service?
I commonly come across people that refer to their internet access as wifi by EE or another ISP when actually the wifi is provided by the router and not strictly speaking, the ISP.
