Samsung flip 3 pre order

I have not received any information on my phone, can you please tell me when it's gonna come?

@sneh_patel  You have to call customer services about this as this is a public forum that doesn’t have access to your account or what you have ordered to give you this information. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have tried that and they don't have any information on that too. I have pre-order flip 3 2 weeks ago but it has no information on the tracking page. When I went to store they told me that I'll be the first customer to get the flip 3. That's it. 

 

One of my biggest bug bears with EE is the fact that they are very poor with keeping people in the loop with pre orders, I think we are all in the same boat waiting for a text tomorrow confirming delivery for Friday..... its a shame they don't keep you updated like a text a few days before saying everything is still on schedule you will get your phone on release day. 

If you go into the EE app on your current  phone and choose 'whats new' from the list on the left-hand side,  it should then show a  'Track your order' option.   Worked for me - waiting for  Watch 4 Classic.

I went to their competitor the same day I ordered my flip 3, I ordered fold 3 there and I got it in just 4 days.

spoke to customer services today, they are on a first come first serve for orders, so if you ordered on pre order day you stand a good chance any later your chances are slimmer

When I try to track my order it just says “Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.” 

 

anyone else? 

thats what everyones says i think, says the same for me and a few others
