Hi there
I've recently also lost our new Mobile EE WiFi password. I have read your instructions to this person, but would like to understand how resetting the device will give me a new password? Do I not need to set one up somewhere? Many Thanks Dené

@dvdheever : Resetting your device will take it back to factory settings with the pwds that you'll find on the labels on it.

Labels stuck on bottom of device usually or under the battery cover, if there is 1. Alternatively, it may have come with a KeepMe card with pwds on.

Hi @dvdheever,
If the password has been changed, you'll need to complete a factory reset as described above, to switch back to the default password.

Hi @dvdheever,
If you haven't changed the password, the default password should still work.
Are you entering the password exactly as it is printed? (It's case sensitive)
