Can't connect to EE broadband with certain devices

Certain devices of mine won't find my EE broadband however they do find other neighbours WiFi and my phone's hotspot when I turn it on.
These devices work fine when connected to other WiFi or my hotspot so it is definitely the EE broadband that is the issue.
Other devices I own do find the EE broadband and connect absolutely fine.
What can I do to be able to connect all my devices to the EE broadband.
Any help/suggestions welcomed

Which router? For an EE Smart Hub, but not an EE Smart Router, try separating the wireless channels. On the Advanced / Wireless Settings page of the SH there is a button near the top to Separate the Bands. Turn it ON. Then the 5GHz SSID will appear starting with "5GHz-" & the 2.4 GHz SSID not starting with "5GHz-". Then connect your devices to the 2.4 GHz SSID if they can't do 5GHz. The Smart Router doesn't allow this.

To confirm the issue, you can download a wifi analyzer app on the phone which does see the SSID to confirm it is only broadcasting on the 5.0 GHz radio and not on the 2.4 GHz radio.
Most routers will ship with the 2.4 GHz radio enabled because it gives the best range and has the widest compatibility, so it is usually that an end-user has disabled the 2.4 GHz radio to force devices onto the 5.0 GHz radio which they believe is more performant. The peak performance on 5.0 GHz may be higher near the router but it is usually better to keep the 2.4 GHz radio enabled to ensure a usable signal further from the router.

Thanks @XRaySpeX and @mikeliuk for your help.
I have followed @XRaySpeX instructions and split it to 2.4ghz and 5ghz separately, however I still only get the choice to connect to the 5ghz channel on all devices.
I downloaded a WiFi analyser app and it shows that only the 5ghz is being broadcast, I can see other 2.4ghz channels but not my own.
Is there potentially something wrong with the hub or is this another setting I need to tweak?

Both bands are switched on. So I see no reason why your devices & WiFi Analyser apps don't see the 5GHz band unless that band is faulty in the router.
