Hi there
I've recently also lost our new Mobile EE WiFi password. I have read your instructions to this person, but would like to understand how resetting the device will give me a new password? Do I not need to set one up somewhere? Many Thanks Dené

Hi @dvdheever,
Yes, I was referring to the password on the cover. That will be the default WiFi password for your device.

Are you wanting the WiFi pwd? The pwd under the battery cover is not that but the admin pwd to get into the router. Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with the password found under the battery cover. Then on the WiFi Settings tab you should be able to see your WiFi password in clear & change it if you like.

Hi @XRaySpeX,
Some of our 4GEE WiFi devices have the WiFi logins on the SIM cover, labelled as the WiFi key.

@James_B : So it does! My 4GEE WiFi Mini has both.
@dvdheever : Did you find 2 pwds under the battery cover? Are you sure you are using the WiFi pwd?
