Oppo release. Has anyone had delivery date??

I’m starting to get a little frustrated that I can’t seem to get a definite answer about when my order will be dispatched. Considering it is now release day and it was advertised as delivery expected on release date I’m starting to doubt this is the case 🙃

Someone on another thread said EE told them they hadn't received stock. Then other people are saying they have. It's all very confusing. I actually just wish they'd tell us what's going on than leave us guessing. It can't take very long for a company that is solely communication technology to send an update. 

Looking unlikely anyone who pre-ordered will receive today then. How annoying to not even be told 🙄

I just called in, and they seem to think they have stock, but I don't think they have a clue TBH.  The guy didn't even seem to have heard of the Find X3 Pro.

 

I couldn't get any further info though because it's a business account and I'm not the one with the password.

I had that issue when I tried to order they kept trying to convince me to buy a Samsung instead. Also considering the price of the phone and it being launch day they're not exactly making any fuss about it. No social media posts or anything. Is it because it's not a main brand? 

I’ve just got off the phone to EE and they have said it’s been delayed by one day because today is launch day so expected to start delivering from tomorrow onwards 🤷‍♀️

What a cop out when the website clearly stated it was expected to be delivered on launch day. Also what's their excuse for issuing no communication? 🤦‍♀️

Presumably the Samsung S21 Ultra in 256GB flavour is a good bit more expensive per month though?

They offered me the S21 not sure if it was ultra and it was slightly cheaper monthly. I want the oppo for the camera and battery life though.

Just had a DPD notification that it's coming tomorrow now.

 

Why are EE not responding to customers and letting them know whats going on?

 

I just had a text through saying mine will be delivered tomorrow
