Oppo release. Has anyone had delivery date??

I’m starting to get a little frustrated that I can’t seem to get a definite answer about when my order will be dispatched. Considering it is now release day and it was advertised as delivery expected on release date I’m starting to doubt this is the case 🙃

Only info I have had for this order was the confirmation email on the 1st April

 No updates via email/text from EE since

 Tracking shows "awaiting confirmation" / "Your In-Stock-Order is confirmed"

  no texts from DPD with a delivery time

  And the online store still says "Available to pre-order. Expect delivery to you on day of launch."

  Would be nice to get some clues/updates whats happening with my order

Just had a response on twitter 

"Today is launch day and we are expecting deliveries to be today, Our courier DPD usually sends a text by 12pm on the day of delivery with an hour timeslot"

I contacted support yesterday for the same reason. I was essentially told they don't know but it says expected to be delivered on release day so it should be. They weren't exactly helpful as they didn't appear to know anything.

That's frustrating, if they've not received stock surely they could've communicated that to customers. Instead everyone who ordered is gonna be mighty annoyed later today when nothing shows up.
