I didnt get a order refernce number. I havent had any confirmation of delivery.

Ordered iPhone se yesterday was told i would have a confirmation email had no confirmation with my reference number to track on.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Did you get a chance to check @Northerner suggestion? Did you find the confirmation email that had been sent?

 

If you ordered your phone on Friday, you may not have received the email yet. It will be sent as soon as your order has been processed and when the device is due to be sent out.

 

Did you need to make any upfront payments for your upgrade? Have has this been taken from your bank account?

 

Can let me know which phone you ordered, with the colour and size variant? I can check the stock levels for you with the estimated dispatch time.
