I ordered a new phone and paid for it. My email said it should have arrived yesterday between 16:00 and 18:00 and I ensured I was around for the delivery slot. Nothing. The delivery company (Enjoy) has no record of it and the ee website is telling me nothing. What is going on? Thanks.

If EE order tracking isn't working and you cannot check DPD, then you will need to speak to EE CS on 150 as there is no account access on these forums.

Hi Chris,
No it hasn't. I spoke to someone at ee yesterday and they said that the digital team were now closed for the weekend. She said she lodged an enquiry with Enjoy, but that they had a turnaround time of 24 hours. So sadly, no phone and no news yet.
