Missing Order

Pair of Powerbeats headphones ordered last weekend (18th/19th April) with confirmation emails received straight away. Still no order received a week later. No options on the app or website for an order update and the wait to speak to customer service is well over an hour.

 

In no mans land a little here as no options on the phone are for order updates.

 

Any info much appreciated.
