How do I change the name of a device in the EE App?

Can anyone advise as to how I alter the name of a device in my EE App please?  Thanks

That is a whole load of crap. From the time you change your phone it should change in the app also so you all need to go back to the drawing board. It happening to me too.

I dont think anyone at EE undertands that its not changing and that the EE app needs an update. 

This has been happening to me for 3 months now and EE will keep saying it will change in due course. But it just doesnt

Can you please raise it with the EE Team who update the app

I was on a Iphone 12 Pro and switched to and Iphone 13 Pro Max but still shows Iphone 12 Pro which is crazy

@Gabbycool26  There are people within EE that know about this and that’s not customer services as they don’t deal programming.
