Cant contact live chat

I was told to contact EE to get a 50% discount in my bill for the next 3 months but Ive not been able to use live chat, is there a staff member who can help me? PS. I prefer to use live chat as Im partially deaf and its much easier than speaking on the phone

You can access live chat on our Contact Us page or in your My EE Account.

 

The link/window for live chat will appear when an advisor is available.

Thanks for the reply, Ive been trying to do this for the past week now but the “Start a conversation” button never appears

Can you try using a different browser and see if the button appears?
