Can't access my EE account and can't call/text from my phone anymore .. I’m abroad and I do need help from customer service, but I can’t find live chat or any other way to contact someone from customer service! Please help, thanks!

I suppose to be on PAYG now as my contract ended and before the end of my contract I did ask customer service to switch me to PAYG . But now I can’t do anything with my account and I do need to contact customer service, but how can I do it?!

You can contact EE from abroad per the below. You might want to keep an eye on the closing time and find a cheap way to make such a call.

@Vaiduks : Sounds like it has gone into hibernation.
When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.

Thanks for your help, but I’m still not sure how to contact EE customer service from abroad as one minute might cost €1.5. So at the end of my two years contract which ended 7 th of December I supposed to be switched on to PAYG. I’ve got top up voucher on me here, but when I’m trying to login to my EE account shows - YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED and if I’m trying to call 150 says - CALLS TO THIS NUMBER ARE BARRED.
