I've been trying to get in touch from abroad but it's impossible, says I need to contact customer service and it does not work.
I can't afford my bills anymore and I need help on how to cancel without paying the fees or stop my service in order to not pay anymore until I can do it again.

I called the number you sent me earlier, exactly as you send it. I tried calling other UK numbers and the same happens, from the EE number and from the Spanish there is no connection.

Think's @anabort, are you putting 00 in place of the + when you dial?
