3rd party purchases

Hi been waiting weeks for the 3rd party purchases issue to be fixed! Still waiting is there any updates on this? Basically purchase on games via billing but not been able to do this for weeks now

You have not told us what 3rd party game it is, need more information or ring customer service. Have you checked Apple Store for purchases for games?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

It’s a ongoing issue with ee they are having across the board with any 3rd purchase party purchase. It’s telling me if reached my limit yet I haven’t spent anything and when I checked with them they said it wasn’t just me it was a issue they are having and would get it sorted soon however that was 2 weeks ago and every time I call about it they say soon and it’s been nearly a month already
