How can I cancel my contract (already ended) without calling EE? Is there any other way?

You may write to them giving your notice of cancellation at:

 

EE Customer Services

United Kingdom

Include your name, address, EE account number and/or EE mobile number.

 

Your 30-days notice will be taken from when they receive your letter.

Hi @Ania1 ,

 

If you no longer require that number and wish to discard that number to be given to another customer, you can request a STAC for that SIM and give to your new provider (or any arbitrary provider).
