Transfer my old number

Hi

I started a new monthly plan with EE and I

gave my PAC number along with my order on Thursday 16 December.

My number is still not transferred.

Really need this to be sorted as quickly as possible as I work in a hospital.

Already spoke to Customer Services yeaterday.

I was told the transfer will get sorted by midnight.

Still nothing.

Please advise what should I do next.

Dont really want to cancel my contract.

If your number transfer was started before 17:30 yesterday, your number transfer will complete today.

@Gabriela777   It takes up to 24 hours to might across.  Not sure why you got told it’ll be midnight if you called yesterday as that’s not possible. 

May be I did not understand.

24hrs from the time Sim card inserted or from the date of the PAC number provided/ order placed?
