Hi, I completed a PAC code form on 26th December at 6.30pm however the new phone still has a new number and the old number hasnt transferred yet. Can anyone advise how long this will take due to the bank holidays and when I can expect for it to be done? Thanks

Just to check you was moving your number from a different network?

Yes from Sky, I put the PAC code in when the phone was ordered but didn't actually put the sim in until 29th December. If that makes a difference

@Waynorrr Yes that makes a big difference as the number needs to be put on to a sim that’s activated and working. It might be worth call customer services about this to try and get this started now before tomorrow as it will not happen otherwise till Tuesday/Wednesday.
