How can I make my phone ring for longer? I entered the EE Code **61*07953222222**30#
I get the message Connection problem. MMI code invalid.

@Mary1952 I’ve just done this again myself and it works.
**61*07953222222**30#
obviously you can not enter XX as that just a point that you need to change yourself from 05 to 30 but only in 5s. So 05 10 15 20 25 or 30. It can not go higher the 30 or lower then 05 but you’ll not want it that short.

Hi @Mary1952
Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?
Are you in the UK or abroad?
If you're on pay-monthly & in the UK, are you using WiFi-calling or connecting using the mobile network?
These are the common reasons for the GSM/MMI code submission to fail - as Chris has mentioned, the XX needs to be in 5-second intervals upto a maximum of 30seconds.

PAYG users are able to toggle voicemail diverts on & off, but otherwise you'll need to be a pay-monthly user to have full call divert facilities.
