I'm trying to unlock my EE phone.

On thee unlock phone page I type my imei number in the check phone bit and it tells me then what phone I have. But it doesn't go to stage 2. I had the phone from new at the EE shop. Highly irritating grrr

AppleCare+ not added

I have just received my upgrade iPhone 13 pro max which I’m happy with. Unfortunately the AppleCare+ that I added during purchase isn’t showing as active under my iPhone settings. How do I activate the AppleCare+ that I’ve already paid for?
