Hi, I have tried for a while to purchase add on data for my mobile dongle. I am using top up credit as payment. For a number attempts now all I get, be it on the phone using the EE app or Laptop is there is a problem try again later.
So what is the problem? Is anyone going to fix it?

Hi thank for your reply. The problem is now resolved. If you don`t use your account/device for some time it goes in to hibernation. I phoned the EE help line and they sorted it.
As I only use the 4GEE WiFi dongle when away on the boat during the summer then I will have to do this every year.
