Then why don't you simply say that on your website, so it's clear that we need to call rather than doing this on line, which would be the obvious/easiest way of dealing with the change!

@Sarah333 : If you find there is no facility for doing this online in your MyEE, then it is obvious you will have to call CS in order to change it. There are many changes that cannot be done online but need a call to your supplier.
