I canceled my upgrade but was billed as a new contract price

I cancelled my upgrade within 14 days but my next EE bill is charged as the new contract.

Welcome to the community.

 

When did you return the device? There could have been an overlap period between the phone being returned and the bill being produced.

 

If that's the case, it will be amended on your next bill.
