The courier sent a message to book a Monday delivery slot, then followed up with a text that delivery would be attempted today. So I waited but the courier didn't show. When I check the tracking site parcel info I see the courier attempted to deliver, but maybe to the wrong address as it has 'Your parcel was refused' and 'Return to consignor' listed. When I check the address info it is mostly correct but has the flat number missing. I checked this against my MyEE account address, and that too has the error. I have been a customer of EE for many years, broadband and phone, so how did this error happen ? My paper bills always have the correct address! Can I be sure I will get the X Box Series S Gift now that my address is, er, correct? I don't seem to be able to contact the courier directly..
