My upgrade was meant to be delivered, but DPD never actually delivered it and has been returned to EE depot.
I had to call a number of times to say that the incorrect address has been used, and after speaking to EE twice, I was told my address would be updated (though emails still listed my old address)!
My contract now has been upgraded and I'm paying for a phone I haven't received.
Can I have my new phone please? I've not found a way to get this redelivered.

You will need to speak to EE directly on 150 about this issue. There is no customer account access on these forums.
