Trying to add a PS5 to my plan

so every time I try to log in to add a PS5 to my plan I get this message. 

 

Unfortunately, we couldn't log you in, but you can still buy or upgrade - just choose what you want to do

 

What I want to do is to add a PS5 to my plan, why is this only online? and why can't we just add it to our plan and have it delivered whenever it's in stock. I don't see the point in bottle-necking people for the mad Christmas rush.

@IwantaPs5  It is in stock I’ve just looked In fact I could order now and it’s says expect delivery within 14 days. 

 Why is it only online it’s because it’s the add to plan store and this is the only place it operates online. 

I don’t see the point of bottle necking ?   What the heck does that mean it’s available to order now and you’ll receive within 14 days.
