Hi, I ordered a new phone on 27th November with the delivery date set for the 29th. DPD wouldn't let me take the delivery because there was missing address information on the parcel (no house number) and he couldn't scan it. The DPD order tracker says the parcel is being returned to EE. I rang EE last Wednesday & they said they would resend with correct address etc but I've not had any updates since then. I've tried the EE order tracker but it says 'can't show order details right now'. Any ideas on where it's all up to & when I can expect my phone? For info the order number is xkoxxxxxxxxx

@hoge1234 You’ll have to call customer services about this as this is a peer to peer forum that doesn’t have access to your account.
