So I’ve ordered an upgrade on my phone on the 2/12/21 however I haven’t received no email confirmation or order tracker even though I was told over the phone that my order went through and that I should receive my device in the next week. What should I do? Thinking of leaving EE if this is delayed due to their incompetence and shocking attitude over the phone.

@Lol80 Incompetence of what the lack of getting devices from Apple because Apples got a shortage of devices. Issues in the world right now are having a knock-on effect just about everywhere.
Customer services are there to help you and you only get a bit of attitude when they feel their receiving it first. Sorry to say but that’s you side of the story.
